As Seen On: Kristin Cavallari

Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

Kristin Cavallari was spotted sparkling in Twelfth St by Cynthia Vincent’s Sequin Isis Top in Pewter ($395) while out in Hollywood. The Hills star paired the top with a demure leather jacket, slim black jeans, and major stacked platforms. Her ensemble is ideal for any night out on the town, and a festive choice for NYE parties.

As Seen On: Fergie

Thursday, December 17th, 2009

We’re serving up a double-feature of Fergie this week. Earlier we showed you her in the Camilla & Marc dress she bought at LIVE! On Sunset. Today, we’re spotlighting the singer/actress carrying the CC Skye Bridgette Bag ($640). The bag features dripping chains at the handle—we love it! Call 310-360-1660 for more information!

Get The Look: Jessica Stroup

Monday, December 14th, 2009

Jessica Stroup (90210) was spotted at an event looking youthful, polished and chic. Stroup wore a fun, fitted sequin skirt with a casual v-neck white tee which balanced the skirt’s intensity. To give it a sharpened more finished look, she added a cuffed long boyfriend blazer which also gave the ensemble perfect proportion.

To recreate her look, we recommend the following selections:

1. Zoa White Tee (310-360-1660) – This tee is classic and soft and the perfect choice for this outfit. Also available in other colors, like this great shade, Coco.

2. Drew Boyfriend Blazer ($175) – If you don’t already own a boyfriend blazer, we must say, this one is perfection.

3. K.Allyn Sequin Skirt (310-360-1660) – This silver, sparkly sequin skirt is price-right at $115 and completely darling. It’s the perfect way to pull off Stroup’s look!

As Seen On: Fergie

Friday, December 11th, 2009

Fergie killed it at the Hollywood premiere of Nine in the Camilla & Marc Caralette Dress ($557) she purchased from LIVE! On Sunset. This is the ultimate, ultra-sexy dress perfect for any special event. We love that Fergie wore her hair pulled back to show off the strong, embroidered shoulders. Keep accessories minimal and shoes simple—the keyhole cut-out is statement enough on its own.

As Seen On: Emmy Rossum

Thursday, December 10th, 2009

Always polished and ladylike is actress Emmy Rossum. She was looking her usual classy self when she stepped out in a cute dress cinched by a sparkly belt by Elegantly Waisted by Karen Zambos. Follow her lead and use this belt with more flowing, loose-cut silhouettes to highlight your shape. It would also look smashing with some black slacks.

Come pick yours up in the store, or call 310-360-1660 for more info!

Trend Report: Jeggings

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

Jegg•ing (n.) – A hybrid of the jean and legging. The fusion create a stretchy pair of jeans that fit like leggings.

The jegging is here and is plastering to the legs of celebs with a vengeance. The current spurt in popularity of the legging-denim hybrid could be attributed to the popularity of over-the-knee boots this season. Jeggings are a super-comfy option—just as functional as leggings, with the cool look of a denim wash.

We love how Sienna Miller, Jessica Stroup, and Jessica Szohr all wore theirs. All three actresses chose longer tops with shorter jackets to give proper proportion. Also key: standout footwear. Be it a cute pair of stacked pumps or sandals or great flats, jeggings are an aid to shine the spotlight on your shoes.

We recommend J Brand’s Lightweight Leggings Jean in Olympia Wash ($140, pictured above) or alternatively this fantastic-fitting pair from 6126 by Lindsay Lohan: the Dienes Denim Leggings ($95). The jegging was all over Spring 2010 runways too, so invest now in a pair—they’ll carry you through to next season!
